Trainees who have served an apprenticeship with us possess not only the necessary specialist skills, but also an accumulated store of valuable company-specific knowledge. As part of our effort to optimise staff training, we set up a separate training workshop facility in 2008. It moved to its new location in 2015, and the renovated and modernised facility now occupies more than 600 m². This in-house training centre allows us to offer a full and thorough apprenticeship in metalworking, right from year one. This removes the need for external training, and apprentices are integrated into our organisation from the very beginning. Working in close cooperation with the “Berufskolleg Hückeswagen”, we offer the majority of our apprentices practical training in small classes that are specifically designed for our needs and in order to equip trainees for their future professions. The outstanding and thorough practical training that we provide is also appreciated by other companies in the region, who send their apprentices to us for training.

We look for people who are likely to fit in at our company. It is for this reason that we endeavour to seek out the right trainees in a flexible way, without binding or fixed application deadlines. We are currently looking for trainees for the year 2016 in in the following professional areas: metal machinists (turning technology), electronic technicians for industrial systems, industrial mechanics (maintenance), foundry mechanics and machine and system operators (foundry). We also offer the possibility of following a dual course of studies (Bachelor of Engineering) in parallel with training as a metal machinist in our company.
