Work anniversaries at Kuhn Special Steel

As a family-owned company, we manufacture customised, complex stainless steel components for over 40 different industries, including, for example, pump and valve construction, marine technology or decanter construction.
Of the 300 or so employees at the Radevormwald site many are celebrating a work anniversary this year.
Karolina Eisenkölbl, Michael Kiedrowski, Simone Kreimendahl, Sören Krystek, Sven Theimann and Christian Weyer have been with Kuhn Special Steel for ten years; Christoph Erlhagen, André-Michael Heisel, Denise Karpinski, Johannes Klotz, Jens Opitz and Michael Schaefer have been working here for 20 years.
Ralf Kempf and Alfred Nowak have been with us for 25 and 30 years respectively.
Special thanks go to Arno Forster, Wolfgang Kaiser, Uwe Landau, Fred Ritzmann, Andreas Schori, Harald Schwab, Silfrit Venohr, Burghard Zimmer and Oliver Zimmer, who are celebrating their 35 or 40 years of service this year.
The managing directors, Andre Kuhn and Dr. Heiko Brauckhoff, took the opportunity to express their gratitude to the employees and reiterate:
“Throughout your entire period of employment, you have always shown motivation, initiative and full commitment. With this commitment you have helped shape the company and brought success to it. We are very grateful to have so many long-standing employees in our ranks, who have enjoyed coming to work with us every day for all these years. You are an important pillar of our corporate culture.”
The ranks of those celebrating a work anniversary also reflect the value of our intensive training work. More and more former trainees can be found among the long-standing skilled workers and managers.
