The opening of a sales office in Wisconsin adds to the existing locations in Germany, Taiwan and Norway, and provides our American customers with a direct local link to Kuhn Special Steel.
The man in charge of our North American sales operation is Scott Homa, a mechanical engineering graduate with 30 years’ experience obtained in positions of responsibility at different centrifugal casting foundries in the United States. As an expert in the field of centrifugal casting, Scott Homa is therefore your competent contact person when it comes to inquiries from the US or Canada, and a source of advice and support for anything from the initial concept to the production and delivery of your ready-to-install component.
A good opportunity to get to know Kuhn Special Steel North America came up last week, for customers and partners alike, in the shape of the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) held in Houston, Texas between May 2nd and 5th. This international trade fair, and meeting place for numerous experts from the oil and gas and shipbuilding sectors, proved to be a great exhibition venue for Kuhn Special Steel North America, together with our Norwegian joint venture BMS Kuhn Steel, and National-K-Works, a Texas-based organisation involved in the oil and gas sector, geothermal energy, aviation, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering.
