Merry Christmas

On the one hand, there is still the tragic loss of our colleague and CFO Frank Lessing. We are particularly grateful in this respect for the solidarity shown by the workforce, and likewise by our customers and business partners. The year also brought, on the other hand, various positive developments and changes which we were able to implement with a corresponding joint effort.

One such promising development is the company merger with M. Jürgensen. This has
involved a meeting of two culturally matched organisations with a mission to tackle
jointly a set of future challenges.

We have also fortunately managed to recruit outstanding employees at all levels
of our organisation – ranging from a large number of new apprentices to various
management-level appointments. We believe that taking on the right people at the
right moment is the key when it comes to delivering future success.

Our ongoing investments in staff development and industrial equipment, coupled with
optimisation of all the processes involved, also help to keep us in tune with the times.
As a reliable partner to our customers worldwide, we continued to supply numerous
High Performance Key Components to the parties concerned.

We would like to thank you sincerely for the trust that you have placed in us and for
the pleasant atmosphere of cooperation over the past year, and wish you and your
family a happy Christmas and a healthy and prosperous new year.
