As an expert in the field of stainless-steel production and processing, Kuhn Special Steel is now likewise one of the world’s best-known manufacturers of components designed for use in strip galvanising plants.

Depending on each customer’s application, Kuhn Special Steel is able to implement an extremely wide range of roller variants, groove and thread configurations. We also carry out surface processing in-house to ensure that the finished component concerned reaches the customer in a ready-to-install state. This involves working hand-in-hand with renowned suppliers of coating and finishing systems, with a view to optimising the results obtained. We match each material to its own individual requirements.

The result: a longer life cycle for the rollers that we supply, and higher productivity for the systems and machines in which they are installed.

  • We also cover a wide range in terms of the different sizes that we supply:
Diameters of stabilising rollers: 150 mm to 250 mm
  • Diameters of bottom rollers: 530 mm, 600 mm, 720 mm, 800 mm and 1,000 m
